Repurposed & reclaimed plastic bags with LED lights

An interactive Installation commissioned by the CuriOdyssey Museum in San Mateo in celebration of their STEAM event in 2016. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of "Tanabata", visitors were invited to write wishes on strips of colored origami paper and to hang them inside with braided reclaimed plastic and cords of LED lights.
